Q: What are your hours?              

 A:  We are open Tuesday-Saturday                               7:30am-3:00pm.  


Q: What do you serve?
A: Macarons, Croissants, pastries (sweet and savory). Seasonal sweet baked goods. Coffee, Espresso Drinks (made with local Rig City Roasting Co. Beans!).


 


Q: How do I place a special order?    

A: We book up weeks-months out!! CUSTOM ORDERS should be made in person with a sit-down consultation appointment, booked ahead!  EMAIL orders for cakes are not accepted, but if you must correspond via email we will need a contact number so we can call to discuss your order.  Please come in during our business hours to discuss.  If you would like to book a custom cake, please keep in mind we book up quickly and at least a 2 week notice is necessary- please see our CAKE ORDER FORM for the information we will need you to provide to process your order!

 

Q: How do I schedule a wedding cake tasting?     

A: Please, call for a consultation, as that's the ideal way to initiate a wedding cake conversation! Call or email us directly: tell us your wedding date and let us know what you are looking for- we will send you wedding cake packet to look over with detailed instructions on the tasting appointment process and an overview of sizes and pricing!  Bookings and design must be done in person, tastings require an appointment and a one-week notice.

Q: Do you have minimums for orders?

 A: YES. Items that are not available on the daily menu need to be ordered by the dozen.  ANY mini dessert such as mini fruit pies, mini desserts, mini cupcakes need to be ordered at minimums of 24 each.

Q: Do you cater to vegan and gluten-free clients?

A: YES.  We are very passionate about serving QUALITY, from-scratch baked goods to all of our clients and do not treat baked goods we make for those with special dietary needs as afterthoughts. We have vegan cake, cookies, croissants and gluten free cookies and cakes.

Q: How do I place custom order? How far in advance?  How do I pay?

For specialty cakes and large events we strongly suggest contacting us to order at least 2 weeks in advance.  Please call or come in person for a consultation.  We insist on in-person consultations.

We currently accept debit/credit, ApplePay, checks made out to "De Coeur Bake Shop," PayPal, and of course cash.

Q: Do you ship?  How far do you deliver?

A: This is a case by case basis- please call to inquire.  Be ready to let us know which type of item(s), quantity and where you would like to ship to so we can see if it is feasible.

Out of town deliveries are arranged by special request for special events and must be done 2 months in advance. We charge per mile traveled in addition to our starting flat rate.
